REUSCH International Business Consultants is a management consultancy based in Düsseldorf, Germany, founded in 2010. Our business purpose is the personal accompaniment, support and consulting of top-level executives in the implementation of their management tasks. Our consulting expertise is based on the many years of management and consulting experience of our consultants in the environment of internationally operating corporations. Depending on the order volume, we also cooperate with a network of other partners in Germany and abroad.


Service Provision in an International Context

REUSCH International Business Consultants is specialized in providing services in an international context. One of our special focuses is the consulting of cross-nationally operating companies and their responsible executives. The handling of intercultural aspects and their realistic integration into the overall structure of, for example, a corporate group, are given special consideration.

The implementation of consulting assignments and all related work steps are carried out in German, English or French, as required by the client.

The founder of the company, Dr. Andreas Reusch, has many years of national and international professional experience both in leading management functions at executive level and as an independent management consultant. After schooling in Germany and France (French baccalaureate), he began studying business administration and law in Switzerland (Swiss state law examination and doctorate). At the beginning of his career, he took part in a trainee program at Deutsche Bank AG, followed by a move to the management development department of Bertelsmann AG. From 1990, Head of Human Resources at pay-TV broadcaster Premiere Medien GmbH (now sky). From 1999 Vice President Human Resources of AOL Europe S.A. From 2002 - 2007 independent management consultant with a focus on management development and coaching. 2008 - 2009 Human Resources Director of L'ORÉAL Deutschland GmbH. In 2010 foundation of REUSCH International Business Consultants. Special focus on Change Management and Digital Transformation. Accredited WABC and CBC Coach.
